OUR PROCESS
Step 1 – Meet and Greet
When you schedule a time with us in our showroom, we dedicate that time to you and your clients. We treat you and your clients like family coming to our home.
We take their coat, offer them coffee or another refreshment and then take them on a no sales pressure tour of our ( your ) showroom.
We will introduce your clients to everyone they will be working with and show them what we can do for them. Our main goal is to make your clients feel at ease and have them enjoy the process.
Step 2 – Product Selection
Step by step, we will walk your clients through the product selection process. We take our time and answer all questions your clients may have.
We have custom design tables so your client can see what their cabinets look like with the countertop and backsplash tile they chose
Step 3 – Professional Measurements
Our professional designers will go to your client’s home and get professional measurements. We do this so we can guarantee the design will work for the space and the cabinetry will fit.
Step 4 – Review the Project Layout and Design
Your clients will sit with our talented designers and see what their finished project will look like on our CAD programs.
Step 5 – Review and approve all selections and layouts
We will review everything with your clients that is included in their project. We then finalize all paperwork and have them place the order
We give your clients a complete project folder that includes all paperwork they signed including selection sheets, CAD drawings, manufacturer warranties, care and cleaning guides etc.
Step 6 – Delivery of All Products
After we receive all of your client's products, we will schedule a delivery date to bring them to their home and then you can start their project!
